Ubisoft celebrated the New Year and the 10th anniversary of its Ukrainian operations. We were to come up with a creative concept for the celebration.
The celebration was awesome: we organized a huge post-apocalypse-themed costumed party for 600 people. Highlights of the event were the best costume award, laser show, and countless interactive activities. Among the costumes, numerous homages to the developer's iconic games (The Division, FarCry, etc.) were seen. The party culminated into DJ Riddle Sound's set—the Ubisoft team had a blast and dance battles abounded!
Later on, we presented the case study at Heavent Awards, winning third place in the Internal Communication Event category.
